• Help to choose qualified vendors for the ceremony and reception site. All vendors including venue, florist, catering, photography, videography, music, officiant, bakery and rentals.
  • Advise on budget and help to stay on task with budget, reminding about important payment deadlines.
  • Advise on wedding etiquette.
  • Offer information on options/current trends/styles.
  • Assist with selection and style of invitations, programs, favors, menu cards, seating assignments and charts.
  • Plan, design and personalize the theme of your wedding to your unique style. Prepare all decorations for ceremony and reception.
  • Plan and design the placement of all tables and chairs for the ceremony and reception.
  • Attend all meetings with various vendors and keep in contact with them on any necessary changes, confirming about timeline and manage all the logistics.
  • Create a planning sheet, and a detailed event itinerary with a timeline that will coordinate all the essentials for a fulfilled wedding day.
  • Make arrangements for all your out of town guests, i.e. hotel rooms, transportation, and activities for their time visiting. Deliver Welcome Baskets to appropriate hotels.
  • Assist with managing RSVP 's for an accurate head count.
  • Make arrangements for Rehearsal Dinner.

  • Provide a detailed itinerary and timeline for the ceremony and reception.
  • Conduct the Rehearsal the night before.
  • Communicate with bridal party about their responsibilities.
  • Offer information on options/current trends/styles.
  • Communicate with your ushers and guest book people about their responsibilities.
  • Transport all necessary materials to the ceremony and reception site.
  • Personally oversee ceremony set-up and reception set-up.
  • Supervise all vendors and professionals to assure that your vision is complete, and that we all follow the timeline for the day.
  • Provide food and beverages to bridal party during dressing.
  • Assist with any last details for dressing, pinning of the flowers, attending to all of your guest special needs to assure you of a relaxing day.
  • Place programs, favors, table numbers, seating assignments, menu cards in planned areas.
  • Transfer all florals from ceremony to reception.
  • Cue musicians/DJ at time of ceremony for processional and recessional.
  • Assist photographer by directing family members for photo opportunities.
  • Greet guests who may arrive late.
  • Cue your Master of Ceremony about timeline for Toast, First Dance, Cutting of the Cake, Bouquet Toss, Garter Toss, Last Calls, etc.
  • Pack up all items, i.e. cake toppers, goblets, servers, etc. for delivery to you at a later time.
  • Arrange for delivery of gifts, personal items.
  • Make final payments to vendors, if need be.
  • Provide a much needed Emergency Wedding Kit.
  • Supervise tear-down and make sure all clean up is complete.
  • Have one personal assistant to help with set-up and be of assistance to you.
